How often should I have my oven cleaned?
We find it varies depending on how often you use it and what you cook in it but on average most people have it done every 6-9months
How long does it take?
Usually around 2-3 hours depending on the condition and size of the oven and which services you would like us to carry out.
Will the cleaning create fumes in my home?
No. We do not use any harmful or toxic chemicals, or substances in your home.
Can I use my oven immediately after cleaning?
Yes. Your oven will be ready for use immediately.
I have an Aga. Will I need to switch it off before cleaning?
Yes. It will need to be switched off for a minimum of 24 hours before we can clean it.
Are there any hidden costs or VAT to pay on top?
No. All grill pans, shelves, racks, pan holders and other removable items supplied with your appliance are included in the advertised cost. Many cleaning companies charge extra for these small items. We do not charge VAT on top of the advertised costs.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or cheques. A receipt can be provided on request.
